1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Gleamex website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our website.

2. Products and Pricing

All product prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. Prices at the time of placing your order are final.

3. Orders and Payments

An order is confirmed only after successful payment or COD acceptance. We accept UPI, debit/credit cards, net banking (via Razorpay), and Cash on Delivery. We reserve the right to cancel any order in case of pricing errors or stock unavailability.

4. Delivery

We deliver across India via iThink Logistics. Estimated delivery is 3–5 business days. Free delivery is available on orders above ₹499. We are not responsible for delays caused by courier partners or force majeure events.

5. Returns and Refunds

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@gleamex.in with photos. We will arrange a replacement or refund. Products that have been opened and used cannot be returned unless defective.

6. Loyalty Points

Loyalty points are earned on every purchase at the rate of 1 point per ₹1 spent (after discounts). Points have no cash value and cannot be transferred. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the loyalty programme at any time.

7. Subscriptions

Subscription plans are non-refundable once activated. Benefits (discounts and free delivery) apply only during the active subscription period. Subscriptions do not auto-renew — you must manually renew upon expiry.

8. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Gleamex is not liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your account.

9. Limitation of Liability

Gleamex shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our total liability is limited to the value of the order in question.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
